Use of the site

Game Catalog provides a directory of links and information about indie games. We do not host the game files ourselves unless stated otherwise — downloads are provided by the original developers or distributors.

Age restriction

The catalog contains titles intended for a mature audience. Such content is clearly marked 18+. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to access those pages.

Intellectual property

All game titles, descriptions, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Game Catalog is a directory and does not claim ownership over third-party content.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of external sites or for the availability of third-party downloads.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
